Diego Sanchez vs. Sean Sherk

I'm thinking this could potentially happen pretty soon depending on the outcomes of their next fights. If Diego beats Joe Stevenson and Sherk beats Frankie Edgar, I could see Joe Silva pitting Sherk against Diego next which would be a really good fight in my opinion!

Who do you guys think would take this one?

They are both big Lightweights, but we can't really make a valid prediction until we see how Diego performs at 155. We already know Sherk is a beast at lightweight, former champ in that weight class.

Right now I'd say it would be an exciting three round fight. I can see Sherk pulling away with the unanimous decision though.

got to see how the edgar fight pans out. im more interested in seeing tyson griffin fight again; i think he won the sherk fight. him vs. diego would be great!

right now, i'd go with sherk for SURE. definitely decision victory if he wins though. i don't think i'm so sure just because i hate diego... buuut, that might be part of it

Right now I would say Sherk by decision. A KO would be awesome to see. Don't like Diego either.

I'm not the biggest Diego fan myself, but I do love to watch him fight. He brings a real intense pace and is usually very exciting. Him vs. Alves would have been a great fight, sucks he had to pull out
