this guy can't catch a break. He shouldn't of took the fight if he needed painkillers to fight. It's sad that UFC fighters feel like they have to fight no matter what or they might get caught

I think this is pretty stupid. He even said he told the doctors what medicine he was taking.

that's crazy, it would also explain why he wasn't the hyper fighter that he usually is in the ring, he was subdued by drugs silent

I've never understood why certain painkillers are on the banned substances list. They can allow you to train through pain but I don't think that would give you a competitive edge. It's more likely to be injurious in the long run, but I seriously doubt that's the reason for their prohibition.
