Cung Le vs. Anderson Silva

I think Cung Le is the only person that is a viable opponent for Anderson Silva right now.. well, besides Paul Filho, but Paul said he won't fight Anderson. Cune Le is currently undefeated, and can even trade blows with Silva... now, if it went to the ground, Silva would have the upper hand.

Cung Le has 2 more fights left on his Strikeforce contract.. I think the UFC should start talking to him when they can. Though, Cung Le has started his acting career, and being 35 years old.. how much longer will he be in MMA himself. It wouldn't surprise me if Cung Le retired after his next 2 fights and just did acting. He would retire undefeated if he did that. But it would put him in down as the best middleweight in history, if he were to fight and beat Anderson Silva in his last fight. Not sure how likely that would be.. but it would be a good fight.

no. i mean frank held his own... cung said he was seeing stars. cung has zero KO power... anderson would win. i mean, just my opinion but i think this one has no chance of cung le winning. aderson would have a reach advantage to so cung le would have trouble evading his way to a jab/leg kick decision win.

Granted, none of those guys are Anderson Silva.. but Cung Le can pack a punch.. and his kicks are pretty devastating. He snapped Frank's arm in two, remember?
