i think bader will pull it off. we haven't seen vinny fight anyone with decent ground skill or TD ability/defense, so i can't take his jits as displayed against the unskilled fighters he subbed nicely.

i am torn with phillipe and efrain... i think efrain's ground game might pull him the victory but i still think the favored phillipe will pull off the ko/tko.

I didnt watch the show because of my hate for juno or junie(what ever his stupid name is).Seeing dana let the damn kid stay on the show when he should have been kicked out pissed me off! Could you tell me who's fighting on the card AND IF YOU SAY JUNI IS FIGHTING I"M GOING TO BE VERY UNHAPPY!

I'm picking Vinny via submission and Phillipe via UD

but as mortis said, i mentioned the two match ups for the contract. almost all of the guys from the show fight that night.

I am somewhat torn, but if I have to go with Vinny and Efrain. Probably by decision though.

not trying to bash ya, but how do you figure vinny wins a decision? i figure his only shot (albeit a good one) is a submission or MAYBE a flash ko.

Well that's kind of where the torn part comes in to play. I really don't see an unexpected KO (mabye that's why it's called unexpected). I really can't even visualize him submitting Bader so a decision was all I could see at that point. My reasons for choosing Vinny are based on a hunch. Sorry there's no in depth analysis to be picked apart on this one, just a feeling. I kinda saw him winning this whole thing earlier in the season. But as the saying goes, anything can happen in the world of MMA, so we will just have to wait and see.

And don't worry if I thought you were bashing me, you'd be the first to know.

its just REALLY hard to win a UD off your back. bader has the better stand up and is 2 time (?) all american wrestler. so usually 3 rds of winning stand up and/or takedowns with control get you the win. however, i think it is BS you can win a decision just off takedowns, but you can. anyone remember tyson griffin vs thiago tavares?? ahh, that frustrated me.

I changed my pick from Efrain to Phillipe after watching the TUF rerun. Vinny pick still stays.
