Tie- Anderson Silva or BJ Penn (these are the only 2 off the list that have fought at different weight classes and won)

BJ Penn (this was a tough choice between Penn, GSP, or Fedor)

Tie- Fedor or Silva

Faber (I posted on the 1st of November )

BJ Penn (unfortunately it has to be either Penn, GSP, or Faber. I don't see Faber losing his next bought, so you have GSP vs Penn)

BJ Penn hasn't won in welterweight in 4 years, though. He last 2 welterweight fights were both losses (against Matt Hughes and GSP).

Though, he is also 2-0 in the middleweight division.. has he has beaten 2 Gracies (Renzo and Rodrigo).

for real. plus, how does this "qualify" as P4P best... 20 pounds is NOT a huge change for a professional athlete to cut given a lot of time to do it. plus, lots of fighters do it. are they all now better than fedor just for that reason??

No I wouldn't say that. You just have to keep in mind that this poll is a matter of one's opinion.
