Frank Mir on being as a coach
According to Mir, who had friendly banter with Nogueira throughout the debut episode, he felt more like a big brother than a coach during his time on the show.
"Overall, it was a good experience," Mir told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com). "I really enjoyed working with the guys. It was kind of like a little bit of a brothership going in there. You build up relationships with the guys and try to help them out.

Frank Mir doesn't seem like a coach type person. He's most definitely a fighter more than a coach. I'm a huge Frank Mir fan, but I still think he's doing a good job.

i think he is articulate and is more knowledgeable than most. however, i think he'd be a better trainer than literal "coach." he just doesn't have that coach spirit or care. i think mir lacks heart.
